Her compelling documentary "Why Legalize Same-sex Marriage?" was also shown in the 2003 Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival in the Local Shorts program. It is especially timely during this time of states and national action to "protect" marriage (which harms same-sex families) and attempts to amend the U.S. Constitutio! n which would create permanent discrimination.

Ms. Wiesenbach enjoys making documentary videos that tell the stories of other cultures and subcultures in hopes of enlightening the public and creating acceptance and support rather than ignorance and fear.

Her 12 minute documentary "A Swingin' Good Time", about swing dancing in Seattle, was shown at the Shoreline Community College Festival 2002 and Shoreline Arts Festival 2002.
