In 2004, Ellie and her partner spent 9 months on Mt. Kilimanjaro filming her documentary, Worlds Apart. Since returning, she started 9elephants productions (www.9elephants.org) and has been working as a freelance videographer and editor on productions around town that primarily focus on social justice issues.
